Returns and withdrawal

This page applies to all books on quantwohl.com. It explains who you buy from and how you can return a book. We do not publish our own withdrawal notice, because we are not the seller.
1. Who is the seller?
Our e-books are sold by our reseller Digistore24: in the EU by Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany; in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand by Digistore24 Inc.; in the United Kingdom by Digistore24 LTD. Your purchase contract is with Digistore24, which also sends your invoice and the download.
The books are published by Quantwohl UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Antoniestraße 59, 46119 Oberhausen, Germany (legal notice). Quantwohl is not your contract partner when you buy through Digistore24.
2. Your statutory right of withdrawal
Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, for example as a consumer in the EU or the UK. Digistore24 gives you the binding withdrawal notice in the order form and with your order confirmation. Only that notice applies.
Good to know: for digital downloads, this right can end early once the download is made available, if you have expressly agreed to this in the order form beforehand and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. Digistore24's withdrawal notice has the details.
3. In addition: Digistore24 money-back guarantee
In addition, Digistore24 offers a money-back guarantee for each of our e-books. If the book does not convince you, you can return it within the following period and get your money back. Digistore24's refund terms, shown in the order form, apply. This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

4. How to do it
Send your withdrawal or refund request to Digistore24, using the ways described in the withdrawal notice and in your order confirmation. Please have your order number ready.

5. Purchases from other retailers
If you buy one of our books from another retailer, for example a paperback, that retailer is your contract partner, and its own withdrawal notice and return policy apply.
